SADAD-E Pay App is the mobile application of SADAD-E E-payment Company, which provide advanced technology for users to pay and receive money, produce and send invoices online 

SADAD-E can be used in several ways:

1. You can send and receive payment requests with the SADAD-E Pay App.

2. You can do payments via QR codes or by the virtual card at POS terminals.

3. If you use SADAD-E Pay App, you can also choose to use other functionalities, such as Cash-in at any of Al Fouad branches, and our partner bank's branches. You decide which extra functionalities you want to use.

Targeted groups:

 

- All users who would like to have an E-payment account by SADAD-E Pay App (whether if they have a bank account or not).

- All commercial, industrial, service or educational activities, private or public, that would like their payments to be collected by the SADAD-E Company.

 

Application work description:

 

Application Users categories:

1- Visitor/Guest: The user who accesses the application as a visitor/guest can only view the application services without being able to perform with any operation because he is not logged into the application.

2- Registered user: The user who has been registered by the company and the bank that he has contracted with, He can access the application by entering his phone number and the password that was provided to him while creating the account, and after entering this information, an OTP verification code must be sent to the phone, the user will be asked to change the password and create a new password to be used later to enter his SADAD-E Pay App account and enjoy all the E-payment services.

3- Non-registered user (self-registration): This user can start creating his own account, At first the user is required to agree the terms and conditions, then to fill in his personal information, after that an OTP verification code must be sent to the user’s phone, Then the user will be asked to complete the rest of his information to create the account, including a copy of his personal ID, then the user will be asked to change the password and create a secret number to be used later to enter SADAD-E Pay App account and enjoy all the E-payment services, a short message will be sent to the user by the company to inform him about the situation of his registration.

4- Merchants: The accounts of the merchants are registered exclusively through the company, after registration an email will be sent to the merchant containing the login information. When entering this information, the merchant will be asked to change the password and create a secret number to be used later to enter the application enjoy all the E-payment services.

 

Cash IN:

 

Through this service, users can deposit cash into their own E-payment account by direct payments. The charge amount is determined by the phone number that is linked to the user's account.

This service can be reached upon a successfully login.

Deposit can be done in the following way:

 - By the agent: by visiting one of Al Fouad money transfer branches and giving them the personal ID and the mobile number with the charge amount to be deposited.

- By the bank: by visiting one of the partner bank’s branches and giving them personal ID and the mobile number with the charge amount to be deposited.

 

Control of beneficiaries:

 

Through this service, the user can control his beneficiaries, so he can add a new beneficiary to be used in any E-payment operation, in addition for updating or deleting any existing beneficiaries.

 

Pay to a person:

Through this service, the user can pay money to a person from his available balance. The receiver may be a pre-registered beneficiary or a new person, and for a successful payment to person, the receiver must be a SADAD-E Pay user.

 

Pay to a Merchant:

Through this service, the user can do E-payment from his available balance, and for a successful E-payment operation, the merchant must be registered to SADAD-E system. The user can fill in the required fields manually, by entering the amount or automatically by scanning the QR code and do E-payment by SADAD-E Pay app or by scanning the virtual card at POS terminals.

When filling in the required fields, a confirmation message must be sent to the user with payment details. The user enters a valid one-time verification (OTP) code, and then confirms the payment to start the E-payment process.

 

Generate a QR Code for Payment:

 

Through this service, merchants can generate a dynamic QR code with the value of the invoice to be scanned by customers to make a successful E-payment. This service generates a specific code for each process that cannot be copied or shared.

Generation can be done by entering the total amount of the bill and clicking "Generate QR Code". The customer must then scan the generated QR code by SADAD-E Pay App, to pay the required amount to the merchant, the balance of the customer's e-Account will be reduced and the balance of the merchant’s e-Account will be increased.

 

Payment request:

This service allows merchants to request payment from the customer’s e-Account. This is can be done by entering the mobile number and the required amount. After filling in the required fields, the merchant should click on "Request a one-time verification code OTP". Then an OTP verification code will be generated and sent to the entered mobile number to complete the process. Merchants can resend the OTP verification code if anything happens prevents the required OTP from being delivered.

The merchant proceeds to the payment screen to enter the received OTP verification code and submit the required, then a confirmation message appears in order to confirm the E-payment. Once the confirmation is done, a success message will appear, a notification will be sent to the customer and his e-Account balance will be debited.

 

User rights and responsibilities and mechanisms for protection and privacy of his information: (according to the company’s policy)

 

- The user has the right to use the application for free in a manner that does not violate the applicable laws and regulations in his/her country.

- The user has the right to view all the operations he has performed within the application and to change his password.

- The user must provide sufficient evidence to determine his identity and not provide any false or inaccurate information.

- The user should keep his password away from hackers.

- The user is responsible for misusing the application or leaking its information.

- The user is not entitled to use the application in any way, or to use the services of the application for any abusive, illegal, fraudulent or criminal purpose, or to commit acts that would offend any person, whether materially or morally.

- The user must verify the details of all withdrawal and deposit transactions made on his account through confirmation messages sent to his phone number after each transaction.

- The user must inform the company directly in the event that his phone or mobile phone card is stolen, in order to block the number used to prevent him from performing any transactions on the account.

- The user may not assign any of his rights and obligations to any other party in any way without obtaining the consent of the company.

Rights and duties of the entity responsible for the application: (according to the company’s policy)

- The company guarantees the provision of services to the user at all times except for technological difficulties beyond the control of the company.

- The company has the right to use information about users to manage the user's account, carry out employee care and training activities, for the purposes of monitoring the quality and security of the network, and to analyze the user's use of services for marketing purposes. It also has the right to communicate with the user to take any additional information or to verify any information.

- This information is never disclosed with any other party except under a legal justification or to protect the company.

- The company ensures that this information is not lost or leaked by providing privacy and information security policies and a work continuity plan in addition to executive procedures that include securing and protecting electronic operations for users and keeping and storing data related to the company’s and customers’ information systems and activities against disclosure, misuse, damage, loss and theft, especially in In the event of a service interruption at any stage of the electronic process.

- The company has the right to impose ceilings on transactions and account balances of users.

- If a person manages to obtain the user’s password or phone sim that is registered on his account and the company has not been notified of this, the company will consider this person to be the same user.

- The company has the right to add any new services or to modify or cancel existing services.

- The company has the right to modify the application usage policy and is obligated to inform the user of new modifications.

- The company has the right to reject any application for registration if all the requirements for registration are not completed.

- The company is not responsible for any transactions made through an agent who is not authorized by the company.

The company has the right to charge a fee for providing services.

 

Actions to be taken by the entity in case the user violates the usage policy: (according to the company's policy)

 

- The company has the right to stop or cancel the application service for the user.

- The company has the right to freeze or fine the user's account.

- The company or its representatives has the right to take all legal measures that the company deems appropriate in the event of using the application in abusive manner or when attempting to defame and distort the reputation of the company.

 

Modify the usage policy: (depending on the application programming method)

 

- The company reserves the right to update and develop this policy at any time, provided that this policy is considered effective from the moment it is announced, and the user must review the policy regularly to look for any changes.

- The company reserves the right to update and develop this policy at any time, bearing in mind that access to the application will be suspended until the new usage policy is approved.
